One More Thing
One more uncanny bit of sports information, and I'm done for now. Joe Paterno and the Nittany Lions are now 5-0 and are ranked for the first time since 2002. Base10 has never been a Penn State fan, but he is a great admirer of Joe Pa. There have been perrenial talk about Paterno stepping down, but I always thought that he was waiting for a winning year to go out in style.

Aside from Penn State, there were other upsets this weekend as well, including the Terps beating ranked Virginia, Michigan beat ranked Michigan State, and the biggest one of all, Alabama beat the Urban Meyer-led Florida team.
